The Happy Soul Temple is a community project that provides a space for integration and transformation based on Taoist principles.
Our bodies are often formed through unconscious processes. This can lead to inner conflict, where different parts of ourselves are so disconnected from each other that they fight blindly for their own interests.
The consequences are well known: self-sabotage, depression, aggressiveness, over-control, and many more side effects of an imbalanced inner world.
The solution is awareness: by diving in and witnessing what's happening, we can establish inner communication and self-understanding.
Does self-alliance change everything?
Having yourself as an ally instead of an enemy speaks for itself.
However doing so can be very tricky.
So many traps can lead to unnecessary torments.
This is why the Happy Soul Temple has chosen Taoism as its reference point. A complete philosophy and practice that foster wholeness and wellness without forcing.
The goal is to experience ourselves wholly, to integrate a conscious way of being.

I spent years living in wilderness areas and alternative communities. These unique experiences gave me a broad perspective on our relationship with ourselves and the world around us.
I spent a lot of time alone and discovered the depths of my inner world. I practised listening inner guidance, slowly uncovering the mysteries of the innate wisdom we all possess.
It was difficult to undergo all these changes without clear support or understanding of what was happening.
Fate brought me a child, and although I am grateful for this, it has forced me to confront my weaknesses in order to become the father I want to be.
Through these hardships, I have come to understand that trying to control things I fear will happen is futile, whereas accepting the unavoidable creates new possibilities.
Effortlessness.
Let's never force, resist or push. That's how to ensure safety when exploring our inner depths.
Honesty.
Dropping our masks leads to a beautiful connections and trust with the world and others.
Compassion.
Creating a safe space in which we can be ourselves is the best way to facilitate transformation.
I see a world in which what is happening inside of us is acknowledged and valued.
Where inner conflict is resolved through acceptance and compassion.
I see a peaceful world.
All we need is to be ourselves, aligned with our inner rhythms, free from guilt, shame and low self-esteem, having Peace & Impact.
The community project will start around a weekly practice. An open space for strengthening the three Taoist treasures:
Stillness builds Essence, we will practice our ability to move from wellness. To alternate between doing (Yang) and resting (Yin) allows movement to be natural and impactful.
Circulation builds Vital Energy, by moving energy and clearing blocks we retrieve our natural energy and make it available for what truly matter.
Emptiness builds Spirit, making space allows reception, we are so crowded with thoughts and emotions, let's get a time to remember our identity lies in potentials rather than appearances.
